Focus on Client Service Karen Angove     Before I started working for Telmar I worked as IT support for a large Pension fund. I joined Telmar in November 1995 as the only Client service person going around to all the agencies, sorting out there technical problems. Since then roles have changed and I look after a large number of Agencies and Media owners. My role includes assisting clients with queries, ensuring that all software is running with no problems, I also advise clients on how to use the software to achieve the best results. If there is a technical problem with the software I will go around to the agency and fix the problems. The part I enjoy the best about my job is the interaction with my clients.   In my spare time I enjoy going caravanning with my husband Alan and my two children Sean and Sinead.       Focus on Client Service
